This project aims to explore the notion of creation by interrogating its polysemy and the connections it allows to infer between diverse domains: material culture, art, aesthetics, economy, kinship, aesthetics, economy, kinship, politics, nature, ecology and science. The central is that creation - at the same time prism and connector - when tested in precise ethnographic loci, allows to expand canonical discussions in Anthropology. The notion of creation is associated with that of memory, equally central to the project, which aims to move it away from the identity assumptions of forms of representation to situate it in becoming. The project is organized around five axes - kinship, arts and crafts, ecology, indigenous thought, sciences and techniques. The goal is to practice the crossing of borders between the axes, in order to extract broader theoretical consequences, through the reciprocal illumination of different themes, problems and ethnographic contexts.
